Portland Marathon, October 4, 2015
Anyone who knows me, knows I love to run. But, running and training for the Portland Marathon will be different for me. It won’t be the “runners high” that keeps me putting on my running shoes day after day, rain or shine, it’s the stories about the Psoriatic Psuperheroes that will get me out the door and on the road this year.
Do you know what a Psoriatic Psuperhero is? I didn’t either until I started working for the National Psoriasis Foundation. A Psoriatic Psuperhero is someone who lives with psoriasis and/ or psoriatic arthritis. They are running, walking and cycling for Team NPF, and I figure if they can do it, so can I.
Thank you Psuperheroes for inspiring me!
My goal is to raise $3,000 and I need your help. Your donation will help further the mission of the National Psoriasis Foundation: to drive efforts to cure psoriatic disease and improve the lives of those affected.
There are three ways you can help me:
Thank you so much for your support of this project that is so important to me.
