Nearly 40,000 runners participate in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon (Oct. 12, 2014) each year.
Here's your chance to raise funds for psoriatic disease research and participate in one of the world's top marathons, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
Perhaps you've never run a marathon before... or even more than a few miles. Take it from Matt Mills, who ran the Bank of America Chicago Marathon for the first time in 2012 - and raised more than $1,300 for the National Psoriasis Foundation: if you have the will, we'll show you the way.
"I can easily see why people would want to run again," said Mills, who ran in honor of his wife, who has psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. "I'll most likely stick with mountain climbing and similar outdoor activities over marathons, but I'd run one again to support a great foundation like the NPF."
1. Click on the orange REGISTER NOW! button at the top of this page to join the team today! You must already be signed up to run the marathon and you can fundraise toward a cure for psoriasis.
2. Fundraise the minimum of $1,000 (plus the marathon registration fee) per runner by Nov. 1. We'll make sure and provide you with all the fundraising help and support!
